Artists from across West Berkshire are joining together with autistic young people with complex needs in a fundraising art auction at Prior’s Court on Friday, July 12.

Amanda Bates – Shaded Path

Featuring more than 50 pieces across a range of mediums, the event provides the young people at Hermitage-based Prior’s Court with a unique opportunity to experience an art auction alongside established artists in the community.

There will be a silent auction for most of the pieces of artwork, and a live auction for the pieces created collaboratively by young people at Prior’s Court. Other items will be available to purchase outright.

The live auction will be hosted by Chris Boulton, CEO of Greenham Trust and artist. All funds raised will go towards the charity’s Performing Arts Centre appeal to build a UK-first arts centre constructed specifically to meet the needs of autistic people.
