West Plains, MO. – OzSBI in West Plains is sporting a new set of art in display inside their building, and it has a story behind it. This display was brought in by the 37th Judicial CASA, who had it provided to them through a prisoner program in collaboration with the South Central Correctional Facility.
These sports themed quilts and paintings are beautifully made, and were made through the Restorative Justice Program, which is a nonprofit that offers offenders the opportunity to serve society and local citizens through donations like this one.
