A Highland auction featuring ‘stunning artwork’ from ‘internationally acclaimed’ artists has launched.
Coigach Heritage is holding an online silent art auction until April 27, with a final in-person auction on April 28.
The auction features over 80 different artworks in multiple mediums including: paintings, sculpture, photography and textiles.
Coigach Heritage is holding the auction to raise funds for a new art installation dedicated to the Achiltibuie rebels of the 1850s, who refused to be moved from their land. The rebellion, which was mostly led by Coigach women, will be remembered in a new landmark monument in Acheninver.
So far, £19,400 has been raised for the new project titled Lorg na Cògich.
The Coigach peninsula on the north-west Highland coast is renowned for having inspired artists across the globe, with many artworks inspired by the area featuring in important collections.

The in-person auction is taking place at Coigach Community Hall from 12-4pm on April 28.
